Banana is a versatile fruit; you can do so much with it.
I underestimated it for a long time and have thrown lot of over-ripe bananas, but once I understood the various ways of using them in baking, nothing could stop me to play around with bananas.
These gluten-free chocolate chip banana muffins are super moist and I bake them quite often.
