What is Healthy Lifestyle?
There is so much people talk about Healthy Lifestyle; different people, different perspectives. Some follow rigorous dieting strategies whereas some vouch for particular workout methods. The information becomes over-whelming sometimes, creating confusion regarding what to do and what not to do.
Let me narrow it down for you. Honestly, a plethora of information about healthy lifestyle is available on the internet, and it has confused me too; but, over the years, based on some research and understanding, I have defined the three core components of a healthy lifestyle.
Before I move further, I would like to mention that I am neither a fitness expert nor a nutritionist. But via the program “Live Learn Inspire”, I would like to share my experiences, research, and knowledge with you all. I want to use this platform to connect with you and inspire you to become a part of my Healthy-Lifestyle journey.
